Well here it is,…our new website. We’re really excited about it, and we hope you are, too. A lot of thought and planning was involved. Our goal being simply to provide you with the best “user experience” possible.
For example, in addition to our schedule of of “Upcoming Auctions”, the site also features the blog which you are now reading. The blog will allow us to keep you up to date on all the great auction opportunities we have in store for you. We can also report sale prices and auction results, so be sure to check back often.
Other features include the “Photo Gallery” and “Video” sections of the website. In addition to sharing auction tips and instructional videos in this area, you will also find scenes from our live auctions.
Lastly, if you want to communicate with us, you can submit your comments by using the form on any of our blog posts. If you prefer, the “Contact Us” page provides you with several more contact options. So, call, email, or even send a traditional ‘snail mail” letter if you wish. Whatever it is, we would love to hear from you.

Recently drove to Franklin to take in an auction. This was in response to one of his runners telling my NeshannockTWp friends of the quality, professionalism, and friendly environment at Pennington. It was fun. The runners were great, even carried out the stuff we bought to our vehicles. No other auction does that. Always upfront and helpful, that is Mr. Pennington.
We recently sold our house and contracted with Pennington Auctions to sell all our household goods, because we’re retired and downsizing. I knew of Jeff from previous auctions I’d attended & liked the way he & his staff interacted with people. After doing some due diligence and talking to others who used his service, I made the decision to work with him as well. From the beginning, Jeff made us comfortable with the fact that he was interested in doing his best for us. During the whole process Jeff kept us updated, discussed expectations & througly explained the methods he uses to make every auction a success. Jeff’s staff is phenomenal. They were always there when they said they would, worked hard the whole time, were professional, courteous & friendly. They staged the property to maximize the alloted space, but allowed potential buyers to inspect it. Jeff stayed in contact with me during the auction & updated us as to the progress. Overall, we felt the auction went extremely well. I would recommend Pennington Auctions to anyone thinking of, or needing to have an auction.

Their detailed handling of all aspects of the auction was greatly appreciated during a very stressful and emotional time for my family. It’s refreshing to find someone who says what he’s going to do and then does it…no surprises!

It was the only one that he ever had done while he was alive but our father was happy with the job that Jeff did and gave his “stamp of approval.” A positive review from Dad was no small thing and it gave us the confidence to have Jeff handle the estate. Throughout a total of 10 auctions, Jeff Pennington and his team of helpers carefully organized, packaged, and transported the majority of the items to the Franklin Knights of Columbus hall. Two of the auctions were held on site at two separate properties. Where most auctioneers would have sold “box lots” just to get through the mountain of merchandise, Jeff took the time to separate, research, photograph, and clearly advertise the hundreds of items that had to be sold. The thoughtfulness of the sale order kept the interest of the buyers and kept them coming back time after time until the job was complete. Beyond the sale, I can say that Jeff and his crew are some of the most trustworthy and enjoyable people to be around. At a difficult time, the respect given to the sale and to the memory of the person who amassed it made the process much easier to carry out. All that my brother and I can say is, Thank You Jeff and team!

I was so impressed with the way Jeff and Gabe got basement cleaned out together and they even had two auctions for me!!! Both guys are so professional especially after my husband had passed away Jeff would always say “Are you doing ok?”-what a heart he has!!! And Gabe is so professional and kind as well while he worked here I was very. impressed!! It was nice to be able to get my huge basement cleared out, it was difficult at times coz I knew how much Ron enjoyed working for Jeff (as well as other auctioneers)and then when I contacted Jeff he didn’t hesitate to say YES Ill do his auction. I just cant thank them enough for doing the auctions and even Jan came down to help open up the safe Ron had in the basement coz I couldn’t -my hands were too shaky!!!LOL I definitely would recommend Jeff and Gabe to anyone who wants an online or even a live auction coz they both know what they are doing.
